Lucius Jordan, CSC, LMBT

Lucius is a strength and conditioning coach and licensed massage therapist with over 16 years of experience. A native of Cary, North Carolina, he earned his undergraduate degree from East Carolina University and a Master’s in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia. Lucius has held positions at Coastal Carolina University, the University of Colorado, Northwestern University, and the Los Angeles Chargers. He holds multiple certifications, including CSCS, ART, FRC, and RPR, and applies a strategic, results-driven approach to athlete development. In his free time, Lucius enjoys helping others achieve their peak performance and staying active in his own training.
